Meet JT Lefebvre, our Bilingual Client Advisor

I was raised in a military family from Coast to Coast and now call Oromocto home with my wife. A true passion for cars has allowed me to become part of the Fredericton Volkswagen family.

As an avid car enthusiast having spent many years in the local car scene with my own vehicles, I believe it helps me understand the stresses that can be associated with cars and the buying experience.

I want to make sure that my clients are treated how I would want my family and friends treated, buying a new car is supposed to be fun and I believe that is what makes us different and why I’m happy to be a part of the Fredericton Volkswagen Family.

When I’m not at the dealership I can be found behind the grill exercising my culinary passion from my career as a chef. I also enjoy being out in the yard, enjoying the outdoors and making sure that our family vehicles are always well detailed and clean!

Ryan Williams - Sales Client Advisor

Born and raised just north of Fredericton on a small family farm, I have loved growing up in this beautiful province and taking in both rural and city life. I completed my undergrad degree in 2009 and have been Fredericton-based since.

My partner and I both work to raise our vivacious three-year-old son and we love what the Fredericton area has to offer…local amenities, short commutes, a continuously growing art and cultural presence, and quickly accessible nature in any direction you choose to walk or drive.

On weekends I love to take hikes with my family, barbequing over charcoal and smoking meats, camping, long motorcycle rides and playing guitar… sometimes I even try to ‘sing’ as well!

Growing up on a farm I’ve always been hands on… it was often a necessity. I love learning new things, tinkering and figuring out how things work. Owing a VW for fourteen years now, I know the difference quality engineering makes and take great pride working on my motorcycle and car.

Before starting with Fredericton Volkswagen, I found a passion in the process of giving great customer service experiences through great conversation and connection. In fact, my education was based in Psychology and therapy but I found creating a great client experience to be analogous and similarly rewarding. With that, I was hooked and have loved helping clients since.

Purchasing a Jetta here at Fredericton VW years ago, I found the same passion represented here. I’m excited to be working here and helping you find the best matched vehicle for your needs and desires!

Juliann Case - Sales Client Advisor

Having lived in the Fredericton area my whole life I’ve always loved everything it has to offer. Whether I’m going for a brisk hike on one of our many beautiful trails, or a night out with friends or family, Freddy Beach has it all! I’ve always had a passion for the arts, specifically musical theatre, which I credit for a lot of my outgoing and bold personality. My other passion is being active! At the gym, simply going for a walk, or my newest favorite sport, golf. Family means everything to me and is a big reason why I decided to join the VW family!

Coming into a new job much less an entirely new field of work can be intimidating, but everyone here is and has been very welcoming from day one. This just goes to show how much we care for our people. While I wouldn’t say I’m a car person I am most definitely a people person. I’ve been in customer service my entire working life, and this is no different. Genuinely caring for and ensuring my clients get exactly what they’re looking for is my top priority. I’ve spent the last five years splitting time between Fredericton and my hometown of Quispamsis and I’m very excited to be back in Fredericton to start my career in vehicle sales. I love all the city has to offer from parks and trails to nightlife and concerts.

I’ve had a passion for cars ever since watching top gear as a kid. After having client facing roles in other industries and spending some time in the car industry, I knew I wanted to put those two experiences together and give the people of Fredericton an unforgettable car buying experience.
